How to find Adsense niches

I'm trying to build 1 adsense website a day based on wordpress. I made 10 sites so far but I could use some advice on how do you look for good niches. What numbers are considered good and fearly easy to dominate?

How do I do it now?

- open adwords keyword tool
- type in a niche based on 2 keywords
- look for cpc > 0.50 $
- look for at least 1000 searches a month
- type in "keyword1 keyword2" in google and look for less than 20K results
- register a domain www.keyword1-keyword2.com
- publish 5 - 10 articles
